In honour of our friends from across the Atlantic lake, Ben and Ste decide to hold a SuperBowl evening (in formal attire), while puzzling out the complexities of the game.
Let me delineate here for a second: this is not the film we set out to make. There came a point on the evening of filming, where we looked at each other and our expressions changed from laughter to concern. "What is this, I don't even-" we thought. And then back to laughter.
There was a mammoth quantity of footage. Ben has described the tribulations therein as "trying to edit Braveheart down to a convenient 1 min bundle!", something which is numerically plausible, but - I fear - untrue. However, the blooper reel would make an excellent piece of viewing for anyone who had a couple of hours spare that they never want back.
You see that opening shot at the door? We did two takes of that. We kept the first one.
